Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are only shipping within the the United States.
How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charges are FREE!
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped with USPS.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel.
When do I receive my order?
It takes 2-7 working days to receive your package. If it takes longer, please contact us and we’ll have a look at what might have happened.
Accepted payment methods?
We accept all credit card payments and payment via PayPal.
Can you send my order as a gift for customs purposes?

Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can change or cancel your order. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail.
Did my order go through?
An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail, and add upperrooms.net <no-reply@my.store-emails.com>, to your contact book for future purchases. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact us and we’ll sort it out!

What do I do if some tee shirts are missing from my order?
If tee shirts are missing from your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll sort it out.
What is your returns policy?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. We need the returned goods in the same condition as you received them: unworn and with original labels still attached. All items returned should include the receipt and the reason for the return. Unidentified returns will not be eligible for a refund.
